Ross Leckie is the toast of the ACF after he was selected as this year’s Champion Cadet in September. The 18-year-old Cadet RSM from 1st (Northern Ireland) Battalion scored a massive 958 points out of a possible 1110 in the ACF’s annual Champion Cadet Competition.
