Over 60 cadets and adult volunteers had the privilege to meet HM The Queen and HRH The Duke of Edinburgh when they attended a reception at Hillsborough Castle to celebrate 150 years of the Cadet Forces.

Over 150 cadets performed a special concert in aid of Help for Heroes at the Fairfield Halls, Croydon. Welsh tenor, Wynne Evans from the renowned Go Compare TV adverts joined them on stage.

When the new Lord Mayor of London, Michael Bear, was installed in November, a cadet force band was proud to be part of the Lord Mayor's Show and 48 cadets from across London had the privilege of forming a Guard of Honour for the new Mayor.
